TLP Power Training

The junior high students were put through Mr. Quinlan’s athletic training circuit yesterday.  The circuit combined a few plyometric drills with some MMA drills Mr. Quinlan picked up while training with Randy Couture down in Las Vegas last year.  The students worked through each station for three minutes and then took a 15 second break before proceeding to the next station.  It was a very difficult circuit, but all the students performed well with the effort level at a high standard.  This type of training allows our students to develop their overall athleticism, their explosiveness and their flexibility.  As you can tell from the video there is little time to rest and the students were pushed hard on all the stations.
