TLP Power Monster Circuit – Video

Part of the junior high curriculum at The Lacrosse Program includes fitness training.  The fitness training is led by Director of Strength and Conditioning, Heather Osgood.  Ms. Osgood puts together a fitness yearly plan that she implements with the lacrosse students.  The video below shows the students beginning the Monster Circuit.  The Monster Circuit is a series of 12 exercises that the students need to complete.  Usually the circuit is timed, but we did not time today so that the students focused on their technique.  Once the technique is mastered the students will then be timed.  Then when they come back to the circuit in subsequent days they will be able to work against their previous times.
