Following one of the most impressive regular seasons in the history of the program, No. 3 Limestone women’s lacrosse earned a bye into the NCAA Division II Final Four by virtue of their 17-1 overall record and their No. 1 ranking in the South Region on Sunday, May 8. The Saints will play the winner of No. 4 Lock Haven and No. 6 West Chester on Sunday, May 22 in Garden City, N.Y.

Sarah Oor, a freshmen on the team and with strong links to Alberta lacrosse, will be one of the players the Saints will be leaning on in the Final Four.  Her father, Erin Oor, was a huge cog in the Edmonton Outlaws storied past and has passed on his intensity and drive to win on to his daughter.  Sarah scored 25 goals and what is even more impressive is her 27 assists to lead the team in that category.  That shows and unselfish player willing to share the ball.  A trait she definitely picked up from her father.

Good luck to Sarah as she moves forward to the Final Four.
