An awesome video capturing the emotions of a run to the NCAA National Championship by Tufts Mens Lacrosse.  When you have a special team that comes together to win big games it is something powerful.  It is so difficult to describe because you can not put your finger on one exact thing that makes your team strong and before you know it the season is over and the moments are gone.  I love watching the intensity of the players, the preparation of the coaches and the passion of the entire team.  It is so difficult to replicate, but when you have it going nothing can stop you.  There are no professional contracts or big endorsements awaiting these players.  They play because they love the competition, they love the sport and they love the feeling of being part of a team.  This is truly playing sports for the joy of the game.  I have been on only two teams with this kind of chemistry.  You cherish those teams and hope that it is not the last time it ever feels that good.
