rp_primary2_clark.evan14It is always great to see Vimy alums taking their game to the NCAA level.  Congratulations to Evan Clark who is a freshman at Wagner and will be opening his NCAA lacrosse season this weekend against Lafayette.  Evan took the long way to the NCAA.  He started at Vimy in junior high and just steadily improved his game.  In high school he moved to The Hill Academy where he worked with Brodie Merrill to improve his overall lacrosse acumen.  It was not easy and I have to give Evan a lot credit for his perseverance and dedication.  He battled, became more confident and just got better each day.  He is a Vimy success story.  A student-athlete who pursued his dream and did it with a lot of sweat and determination.  Good luck this weekend Evan.

Take a look below at the video to see Wagner preparing for the season opener.
